If you want to learn a vigorous, flowing style of practice, which will strengthen and detoxify your body, we highly recommend you start with one of our Beginner Ashtanga or Flow Yoga classes.

If you are injured or simply want a more gentle, slower stretching class, we recommend the following: Restorative, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga or Yoga Therapy.
