Mysore Style Ashtanga - All Levels

From the new student to the very experienced, all are invited to practice Ashtanga Yoga as it is taught in its traditional form. One need not have any prior knowledge of the postures or the sequence to attend this class. The teacher(s) will assist each student as necessary, and will work individually with the students, as they move at their own pace through a set series of postures. Free from the constraints that come with practicing in a led class environment, the Mysore practice allows for one-on-one instruction and more specific guidance from the teacher. Please note: this is NOT a three hour class! Simply show up between 5:30-9:00am....you can practice for as long or as little as you like (teacher assistance until 8:30am).

*All students interested to practice mysore style are required to commit to at least one month. This will enable the student to fully realize all of the benefits of this method of practicing Ashtanga yoga. Out of town students are welcome to drop in, providing they already have an established ashtanga practice.
