Yoga for the Mind - Meditation
Historically, physical yoga practice was used as a means to prepare the body for seated meditation, which in turns opens up the opportunity to experience freedom and happiness in our everyday lives. It is a strong and flexible mind that leads to strength and flexibility in our asana practice, our relationships, our livelihoods and ourselves. Whether you're an experienced sitter, or curious to explore a meditation practice for the first time, join us for a non-intimidating and self-exploring hour of meditation, relaxation, and peace. Absolutely everyone welcome!
