Ashtanga Foundations

This all levels class will explore postures in the ashtanga series as well as postures / modififications that strengthen and open the back, hips and shoulders. The core of each class will focus on front and back body openings with attention to integrate alignment and breath. Closing postures and restorative options will be explored.

Scheduled Class Times:

Tuesdays
9:30am - 11:45am with Christine Cox

Thursdays
7:30pm - 8:45pm with Christine Cox
