Guided Ashtanga

The fundamental asanas (postures) of the Ashtanga Yoga practice will be taught. Students will be led through a portion of the traditional Primary Series postures, and each class will include sun salutations, standing postures, some seated postures, as well as (time provided), an introduction to back bending, and the traditional closing sequence. Modifications for more difficult postures will be given.

Saturday
11:00 - 12:30pm with TBA

Sunday
4:00pm - 5:15pm with Dana & Brent

Tuesday
12:10pm - 1:00pm with Patrick Copping

Wednesday
6:00pm - 7:20pm with Abbie Gardiner

Thursday
12:10pm - 1:00pm with Patrick Copping

Friday
12:10pm - 1:00pm with Dana Blonde
