1 Day workshop

Pregnancy and birth is a unique and individual journey. Indulge your pregnant body and get ready for your upcoming birth by exploring yoga poses, breath principles as well as discussing various aspects of birth education and preparation.

Making time for self-care during pregnancy can sometimes get lost in this dynamic life phase. It’s easy to forget that pregnancy and birth is much more layered and complex than just the physical process. This workshop focuses on creating a space to connect with your ever-changing body through yoga, while also allowing for time to explore the many emotional shifts that make pregnancy and birth such a profound time. Each week of the workshop will offer a specific theme and each class will be broken down into time for discussion as well as a yoga practice that complements the intention. Rest assured that a physical yoga practice is only part of this class. Over the course of the 1 hour and 45 minutes we will move, rest, talk, breath, meditate and connect. Honour and celebrate your journey into motherhood by making time for yourself.
