IN PERSON CLASSES

In Person Class Schedule

During COVID-19, Yoga Shala is committed to offering  high quality yoga whilst following AHS guidelines. 

Please arrive wearing a mask, and abide by social distancing rules.

Effective Sept 20 2021, all in-person students are required by Alberta Government to provide:

1. Proof of a single dose vaccination (single dose accepted until Oct 25, as long as it has been two weeks since completed).
2. Proof of a double vaccination after Oct 25.
3. Proof of a medical exemption.
4. Proof of a negative Covid test done within 72 hours of the date (PCR or rapid test from a private lab, not AHS or Alberta Precision Labs). 

Please note: Space is limited to 12 participants so if you'd like to attend a class please sign up and forward your documentation ONLINE (see below). All no-shows without 4 hours notice will be charged a $20 fee as the spot could have been enjoyed by  someone else.

With a minimum of 8 hours in advance of class, please email your documents to Dana at info@yogashalacalgary.com.

We will update your MindBody profile so that you should only have to show this documentation to us once.
