Hi everyone!!!

It’s been about a month since my last update! I have received many, many messages of gratitude for our online offerings and I’m so glad these classes are bringing comfort and peace to many of you during this stressful time.


WHAT'S NEW?

Restorative & Yoga Nidra Fridays 7:30-8:30pm with Mina Khan-Lee

(First Class...Friday May 22nd is a FREE CLASS)!!


We are collaborating with the Central Public Library to offer FREE online yoga! Sundays 10-11am....May 31st (already sold out), June 14, June 28. Please visit their website to register.


FREE Family Yoga with Mina Khan-Lee on Wednesdays 1:30-2:15pm. May 27, June 10 & June 24th. Sign up in MindBody to receive the Zoom info.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

So many people have reached out to offer help and support.

I politely request that everyone who cares about the future of the Shala help promote our studio and classes by sharing our posts on Instagram and Facebook with your friends. Here’s how you can further help:

- If you have friends or family who might benefit from yoga, perhaps you will consider purchasing them a “New Member Special” which is only $49+gst for 30 days unlimited. Click HERE to purchase.

- If a special senior in your life might benefit from some gentle yoga, a sense of community and socializing, please tell them about our “Online Yoga for Seniors”. We are starting a new 4 week session in June. Tuesdays at 1:30pm, $48+gst for 4 classes. Seniors love Nicole and we have an amazing community of women & men in these classes. Click HERE to purchase.

- If you are using a pass card purchased before our closure, perhaps you will consider donating those passes to someone in need and purchasing another pass card for yourself. We have had SO MANY requests for free yoga from people who have lost jobs. If you'd like to do this, please email me.

I expect over the summer we’ll reduce our schedule as July and August are typically our quietest months. Stay tuned and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!!
