Summer Schedule

Several weeks ago, I announced we were taking a break. A few weeks later, I changed my mind. It's ok! We're allowed to change our minds from now and then. After everything we've all been through the last while, we have to take care of, and be kind to ourselves.


For July and August we'll run a modified schedule as follows. There will be the odd class cancellation for long weekends etc.....so please check and sign up on MindBody in advance.
