INTRODUCTION TO MYSORE-STYLE ASHTANGA YOGA!!!


Ashtanga Yoga is a healing practice linking breath to movement. In these early morning Mysore-Style classes you will be taught the sequence one on one with a patient and caring teacher. Enjoy getting up and enjoying the early hours with moving meditation and breath work! Each day you will learn a little bit more and review what was taught the previous lesson, providing you with an independent practice you can eventually do anywhere! This method of practice allows you to go at your own pace and modify as needed.
